To place an order through this website, you may register for an account or complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account.

Multiple discount codes
Promotions and offers available on this website cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
We are not responsible for promotional offers displayed on third-party websites and cannot honor any discounts or promotions that have not been expressly authorized by NutmegShop.
Orders
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by NutmegShop. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and without liability to you or any third party.
If payment has already been processed for an order that is subsequently canceled, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Personalized items
Personalized items include any product customized with a personal name, a player’s name (past or present), initials, squad numbers, or any other custom modification.
Once an order containing personalized items has been processed or picked for dispatch, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded unless the item is defective.
Packages lost in transit
NutmegShop is responsible for ensuring that goods in transit are dispatched and delivery is attempted. If you are unavailable to receive the parcel, our customer service team will assist you in locating and collecting your order from the relevant delivery provider.
In most cases, parcels are successfully located following an investigation, which is often faster than issuing a replacement.
If delivery is made to a commercial address (such as a workplace or hotel), responsibility for locating the parcel transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed at the building’s reception or designated delivery point. NutmegShop cannot accept liability for parcels lost or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
Returns
All goods supplied by NutmegShop are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
If you wish to request an exchange or refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging.
We are unable to accept returns of items that:
- Are not in original condition
- Are missing original tags
- Are missing original packaging
- Show signs of wear
- Are not in resalable condition
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return or refund.

Limitation of liability

- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in website content
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if NutmegShop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall NutmegShop’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the website or purchase of products exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
