RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Return window
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or fit of your jersey, we are happy to offer a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be returned in new, unused condition
- All original tags must be intact
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
To process your return, please have the following information available:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order ID number
If you require additional information about returns or believe you have received a defective item, please visit our Customer Service page. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
For most customers, refunds are completed within this timeframe. However, please note:
- Some banks may take a full billing cycle to post the refund
- Processing times may vary depending on when the refund is issued during the month
If you have questions regarding when the funds will appear in your account, please contact your financial institution directly.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization instructions.
Order exchange
You may exchange your jersey with no questions asked.
If you would like to exchange your item for the same product, please email help@nutmegshop.com with your complete order details. Our team will assist you promptly.
Order cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email help@nutmegshop.com with:
- Your complete order details
- The reason for cancellation
- Must be contact within 48 hours
